’36 Degrees’ teaser

Filmmaker Annie Woods has just released a teaser to her new surf documentary series, 36 Degrees.

The six-episode project follows twelve surfers from New York who brave the city's murky North Atlantic coast for their fix.

Describing herself as a 'filmaker, nomad, entrepreneur', Woods has been involved in numerous creative projects including a 2008 documentary about her involvement in the Barack Obama election campaign, BamaBus.

She also created a short documentary exploring the prevalent issue of joblessness, Modern Un-Employment.

You can check out her many inspirations via her blog.
