HUCK writer nominated for SJA Award
Alex Wade has been shortlisted for Sports Feature Writer of the Year by the Sports Journalism Association.
The Cornwall-based writer has been nominated for Sports Feature Writer of the Year at the 2008 SJA British Sports Journalism Awards.
He was selected for his Stephanie Gilmore cover feature that was published exclusively in HUCK issue #012. He also submitted two other features on surfing and boxing that featured in This is the Order magazine.
Wade is also the author of Surf Nation: In Search of the Fast Lefts and Hollow Rights of Britain and Ireland
