A while ago, Mark Gonzales made this strange circle board thing and now it's been resurrected by Anthony Pappalardo in this short film by William Strobeck.
Some may see it as art, some may see it as kooky and the traffic authorities may see it as a violation of several highway codes.
But whatever you think, you can't knock that massive smile on his face!
