Matt Amato has directed this video for Used To Be from Beach House's new album Teen Dream, due for release on January 26.
Victoria Legrand and Alex Scally recorded the album upstate New York in a converted church called Dreamland with the help of TV On The Radio and Yeah Yeah Yeahs' producer, Chris Coady.
Amato, who's directed music videos for Bon Iver and The Dodos, manages to tap into the feeling of freedom and isolation in the American wilderness with dusty desert scenes and an open-topped Cadillac.
