Vote Bethlehem skate plaza
Pepsi Refresh Project is Pepsi's way of giving out the money they would have spent on Superbowl ads to projects that help better the community.
For the Bethlehem Skateplaza in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, it would mean the opening of the full version of the skate plaza this summer (see Phase 1 below).
This would also put a large amount of funds in the bank for Phase 2 (see below). Phase 1 would be approximately three quarters of the 43,000 sq ft project which would provide the local skateboarders, both young and old, a safe, legal and quality place to skate.
The Pepsi Refresh grant is Bethlehem's biggest and best way to provide the best possible facility for local skateboarders.
Here's how you can help
- Visit the Pepsi Refresh website, register an e-mail account and once you are signed in, vote for the project.
- Please try and vote daily until the end of March. The Skate Plaza has until the end of the month to get into first or second place to win the $250,000USD grant.
- Spread the word.
