Snowboarding's big air contest gets building the jump.

Billabong Air & Style is coming

The Billabong Air & Style is currently constructing its giant big air kicker at the Bergisel Stadium in Innsbruck, Austria.

The mammoth jump has is using 280 tons of steel and wood along with 700 cubic metres of snow taken from the nearby the Stubaier glacier.

The 6-star TTR World Tour big air snowboard contest will feature music from Hamburg's own hip hop/reggae/soul hybrids Jan Delay and SoCal punk rock stalwarts Pennywise.

The contest will take place on February 5, seeing 16 of the world's best riders including Sebastien Toutant, Andreas Wiig and Scotty Lago chasing a $75,000USD prize.
