Quiksilver are to host a superpipe contest with a difference on April 3rd in La Plagne, France.
The invitational contest will take place on a superpipe built to Olympic specification and is set to be ridden by the likes of Mathieu Crepel, Gary Zebrowski, Freddy Austbo and the entire French snowboarding team.
Chromatophobia will offer a new take to the contest format, inspired by the Mathieu Crepel Invitational 2008 event, which gets each rider to select their favourite moves which will then be entered into a draw.
Tricks will then be drawn at random by the judges and the riders will have to incorporate them into their runs, along with some extra special tricks of their own.
HUCK will be there to offer some thoughful insight on the whole shebang!
