Curren lights up the Freewave Challenge

California is seeing some early summer goodness in the water, with surfers making hay with the solid swell at places like Lower Trestles. And to think road development would potentially ruin this type of action for good - what are they thinking?!
Leading the pack in one of the Freewave categories is Mr Curren, gracefully tearing up a wave and giving the shooter a shot at some serious wedge. Check the footage below and see what all the Freewave fuss is about here.
The focus now falls on the East Coast where Hurricane Bertha is likely throw up some action, whilst making a mess of somewhere else.
