Filmmaker Jake Janisse has recently released this mini skate film, Drain - A Dogbowl Short.
It features previous unreleased 8mm footage of Dogtown's legendary Z-Boys including Stacy Peralta and Tony Alva skating the renowned Dogbowl in Santa Monica way back in the summer of 1977.
It was shot by Dogtown local Wayne Babcock, who is also the proud owner of the collection of antique decks shown in the video.
This is a rare slice of skate history...
