DVS Shoes have teamed up with Tel Aviv-based NGO Surfing 4 Peace for a special collection to mark the release of the film, God Went Surfing With The Devil.
This includes two limited-edition versions of their Rico CT shoe as well as a Gaza Surf Club t-shirt in honour of Alex Klein's documentary and the surfers of Al Deira beach in Gaza.
Since 2005, Surfing 4 Peace has worked to bridge political and cultural barriers in Israel and the disputed Palestinian territories by bringing surf equipment and the spirit of Aloha to the region.
The film documents Surfing 4 Peace's work and explores the role of surfing in this troubled community.
It has been released by 1980Éditions as part of their new photography book, Surfin' Gaza.
