There's been so much written about localism , but rarely is it held up for what it so often is: selfish, brutish ugly and mean-spirited. Someone drops in on you, snakes you, generally acts like a dick, call them on it, but assholes who think they own the waves because they live down the road deserve to be called on their bullshit.
