Eccentric soul pioneer Erykah Badu returns from her three year hiatus with a new video for her latest single, Window Seat.
The video is a low fi, soft focus affair featuring the queen of neo soul walking around Dallas, Texas shedding items of clothing until she is completely naked.
Apparently the entire film was shot in one take with a guerrilla camera crew and resulted in the singer being charged with disorderly misconduct.
The single is off her new album, New Amerykah Part Two, and if the initial reviews are anything to go by, this album is going to strengthen her reputation as the most forward thinking soul artist of her generation.
New Amerykah Part Two is out now via Universal Motown.
