MoMa ‘An Evening of Skate Videos’
A video from the skate film retrospective in New York.
The Museum of Modern Art, New York has recently released a video from it's Spike Jonze: The First 80 Years exhibition last October.
The video is from the screenings of some of skateboarding's most influential videos, assembled by Epicly Later'd's Patrick O'Dell for the event.
The collage of rolling cinematic greatness was followed by an all-star panel of influential skaters and filmmakers who spoke on the history, current state and future of skate videos.
On hand were the likes of Spike Jonze himself, Ty Evans, Lance Mountain, Mark Gonzales, Tobin Yelland, Greg Hunt and Jake Phelps.
Have a look at this video edit for insight on what it was like to be at the sold out event.
