Eyjafjallajökull eruption video
Time-lapse video of Icelandic volcano eruption.
Filmmaker Sean Stiegemeier has released a time-lapse video of the infamous eruption of the Eyjafjallajökull volcano in Iceland.
The video beautifully captures the volcanic ash spewing into the atmosphere on its way to upset the world's aeroplanes.
Of course, it's shot on a Canon 5D MK II so it looks amazing. It's also accompanied by music from Jónsi of Sigur Rós fame, so it sounds amazing too!
Says Stiegemeier: "I saw all of these mediocre pictures of that volcano in Iceland nobody can pronounce the name of, so I figured I should go and do better."
