Globe’s Bali Skate Park
Skate brand open a new park outside their warehouse in Bali.
Kiwi skate legend Gregor Rankin has created a skate park outside the Globe warehouse in Bali.
Rankin grew sick of staring at the empty space outside the Globe warehouse and decided to do something about it with the help of Jaya 'Dawg' Carter, Pak Triono and his 'Zombie' team.
Bali Skate Park took three months to build and features a 6ft keyhole, a 4ft square corner, a volcano and a 3.5ft foot top bowl. Rankin sought inspiration from some of his favourite skate parks including Upland, Sadlands and Skate City in Whittiers, California.
The park is free, so now little shredders in Kenal have a place to call home.
Bali Skate Park can be found at #10 Jalan Taman Sari, Kelan, Bali.
