HUCK#031 has hit the shelves featuring well...no heroes on the cover, simply a Basque country freesurfer called Stan.
This anti-commerical surfer serves as the figure head of our No Heroes Issue, complete with a middle finger that's been censored for commercial reasons – more to come on that one later...
As well as a feature on this lowkey, competition-spurning collective of Basque surfers, we hang out with a group of fresh, cold water surfers in Cleveland, Ohio and visit pro snowboarder-turned-bike courier Scotty Wittlake in Portland, Oregon.
There's also rap battles, Indian hip hop, Shane Dorian, Adbusters, Jamie Anderson, Celia Miller, The Snowboarders' Foundation and documentaries that rock!
So yeah, no cover star and one scrubbed-out birdie.
