Damn, I wish I was in Whistler.
It’s not an unusual wish, by any means, seeing as I pretty much wish the same damn thing every single day. But tomorrow marks the kick-off of the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival. And you know what that means? Slushy spring riding, open air gigs, oodles of art and beverage-laden shindigs.
There’s a whole host of solid events to get your snow-loving teeth stuck into. The pro photographer showdown is always worth a peek, and musical highlights this year include De La Soul and Blackalicious.
If you’re lucky enough to be hanging out in the general BC vicinity, you should like totally take advantage.
