		<description>It flickers whenever there is a storm somewhere in the world? So in other words, it is just a standard street light that may or may not malfuction once in a while. Sorry to be pedantic, but that is not particularly impressive. Maybe the mechanics of it happening at the same time as an event elsewhere in the world is difficult to arrange but the action itself is weak. Could they not project a bat signal into the sky whenever a storm happens somewhere in the world? Or, I dunno... something else that it actually impressive.</description>
