It may not be surf, skate or snow, but everyone loves a kickabout.
Despite the over-paid and under-performing chimps more commonly known as the English football team failing to qualify for the European Championships, you still can’t help to get excited about a good old summer international football tournament.
When else can you get to get drunk and hurl nationalisitc and xenophobic abuse at a television screen in your local pub with such impunity?! But in all seriousness, it’s going to be a lot of fun.
To help you get the most out of it, UEFA have launched a new website giving you all the news, squad announcements, venue and travel info for all eight host cities across Austria and Switzerland and even 3D stadium maps.
The tournament kicks off on 7th June with Switzerland vs. Czech Republic. Pure, liquid football!
