The artist behind Art Kicks, Evan Schultz has handpainted a pair of Vans slip-ons with characters from Maurice Sendak's Where The Wild Things Are.

The shoes are available from his website for $149 which is awesome when you consider they're an original piece of art.

We're not sure whether to wear them or hang them on our wall!

  • I hate it when artists try to make a quick fortune off a franchise... How many times are we going to see people customise old school Vans then sell them on for a ridiculous price?
