‘Kobe and the Sea’ video
The ethics of the taking food from the ocean.
Filmmaker Johnny Abegg has recently released this video, Kobe and the Sea.
It features renowned Australian chef Ben Shewry and his son Kobe as he talks about his love of the sea and the need for a back-to-nature approach to food.
He also touches upon the over-fishing of abalone and the need to only take what you need from the ocean.
