Bristol based trip hop pioneers Massive Attack continue to confuse and frustrate their fans by releasing a video for United Snakes, a song that was released as a split single back in 2006.

The only information they have divulged so far is that the stunning animation was created by the UnitedVisualArtists collective who have worked on live light shows for the duo in the past.

If you suffer from epilepsy, this video is not for you.

Massive Attack's as yet untitled fifth studio album, which has taken over six years to make, is due to be released in February 2010.

But don't get too excited, they have announced its release on five separate occasions and failed to deliver every time.

No one likes a tease.
