Hail the gods of paint and pencils! It's showering soulful San Fran art all over London!

Needles + Pens, the hub of the San Francisco arts scene, has brought it's 'Hope Springs Eternal' exhibition to London's 96 Gillespie. Expect work from SF staples Monica Canilao, Bill Daniel, Chris Duncan, The Polaroid Kidd , Mat O'Brien, Kyle Ranson, Andrew Scott, Sara Thustra and Paul Urich.

A massively exciting affair, for this side of the pond. Question is, what do our arty visitors make of our hometown? "Everyone I've met over here has been extremely nice and enthusiastic about art in general," says Andrew Scott. Insightful words, seeing as nice is what we Brits do best.

Being mildly obsessed with The Polaroid Kidd (the work, not the guy) I will indeed be boarding the 106 bus to get my fill of kaleidoscopic talent. And if you're kicking around the N5 ends, I highly recommend you do the same.

It'll feed your soul, I swear.

Show runs: 29th February – 23rd March
Gallery hours: Thurs - Sun, 2 - 6 pm
