Piiroinen wins BEO Slopestyle comp
The current TTR world number one claims another victory in Laax.
Peetu Piiroinen has won the Men's Slopestyle contest at the Burton European Open in Laax, Switzerland.
The Finnish rider claimed another 1000 TTR points for winning this 6-star event beating Norwegians Mikkel Bang and Gjermund Braaten into second and third place respectively.
Bang took the idea of spin-to-win to a whole new level by landing a clean backside 1260, but Piiroinen managed to edge ahead by a single point to claim victory.
Roxy rider Enni Rukajärvi won the Women's Slopestyle final ahead of Sina Candrian and Sarka Pancochova.
The BEO wraps up tomorrow with the Halfpipe Finals.
