Porcelain decks are smashing
Forget your 14th century Ming vase sitting on the mantlepiece, this is where the world of porcelain really kicks it. Swedish designer Simon Sjödin has created this set of decks to represent four eras in skateboarding history, each with a Meissner design in the centre. Badlands for the 70's, Animal Chin Ramp for the 80's, EMB representing the 90's and finally Barcelona's Sant Estacion for the present day.
All you need now is to pop on down to yer local glass and china shop, pick up yourself a couple of terra cotta trucks, a nice set of bone china wheels and some hand painted earthenware bearings and you'll be backside heelflipin' all the way home.
