Quiksilver have announced the entries to The Quiksilver in Memory of Eddie Aikau big-wave invitational that will take place at Waimea Bay between December 1 - February 28, 2010.
The Irons brothers, Kelly Slater and Eddie's younger brother Clyde Aikau, are among the 24 invitees that will be in Hawaii waiting, and hoping, for big waves so the competition can commence. It's something that has not happened for five years.
The traditional Hawaiian opening ceremony in honour of the event's 25th anniversary will takes place on December 3.
