‘Rolling Back The Years’ exhibition

HUCK magazine and Lovenskate have teamed up for an awesome retro pop-up exhibition 'Rolling Back The Years' at Le Surfing, Seignosse, during the Quiksilver Pro France, October 6 - 12, 2011.

We invited seven artists, including Jimbo Phillips (son of legendary 'Screaming Hand' Santa Cruz designer Jim Phillips), Lovenskate's Stu Smith, HUCK's creative director Rob Longworth, Owen Tozer of Thisismadeup, awesome skate illustrator Richard Sayer (aka French), shred artist Schoph Schophield and local talent Benjamin Jeanjean to create designs – inspired by the pools and mullets of old-school skateboarding – which were then screen-printed onto decks at the Lovenskate studio.

As well as the decks there'll be a selection of jaw-dropping photographs that were captured exclusively for HUCK magazine in recent months by contributors from around the world.

Limited-edition artwork (photographs and screen-prints of deck designs) will be available to purchase throughout the duration of the exhibition at our online shop, after the exhibition ends.

Hope you can make it!
