I'm addicted to my iPhone. It's ridiculous, really. The thing barely leaves my hand and never leaves my pocket, as I even go skating with the g'damned thing.

Now to make my dependency on my phone even worse than it was, Vans just dropped the best iPhone skate game ever. The game is called Vans Sk8 Pool Service.

I downloaded the game from Apple's App Store for $4.99 (£2.99) earlier today and haven't stopped playing yet.

You can choose between Vans riders Bucky Lasek and Omar Hassan, customise your board, wheels, do a shitload of tricks (I got my Christ Air's on lock!) including a bunch of unlockable ones I don't know about yet, and even pick your own playlist to skate to.

Seriously, this game is sick as hell. And if you don't have an iPhone just yet, you can also nab this one for iPod touch as well. Addictive, fun and well worth the price.

  • It's the best skate game for iPhone/iPod Touch (check all of the reviews).

    It's really, really wicked.

  • I got this last night on Riggios' reccomendation. It's freaking good actually. Seeing Omar Hassan (an old favourite of mine) pulling Christ airs on the little iphone is pretty fun.

  • Haven't given this a blast yet, but you should check out 'Touch Grind' for the iPhone. It's kinda tricky at the beginning, but after a wee while, you be flipping out all over the freakin' place - http://tiny.cc/iPvxl.
