Kid Sister – Right Hand Hi
Rapidly rising female rapper Kid Sister has just released a new video for her upcoming single Right Hand Hi.
The video was directed by Sarah Chatfield, who has previously worked with Lily Allen and Noisettes. It features some very clever editing tricks to make the Chicago-based emcee look like she is being painted onto a wall.
The song itself is an obscure mix of rave and Baltimore hip hop, complete with Kid Sister's party swagger verses.
Looks like Dizzee Rascal is not the only artist who can mix rap lyrics with dance music.
Kid Sister's debut album Ultraviolet is out on November 17 via Downtown Records.
