An anonymous publisher has recently released a snowboarding 'zine called SNWCNT.
With the tagline "because snowboarding had it coming", the eight-page, black-and-white creation takes a satirical swipe at the snowboarding industry and the surrounding media.
It includes tongue-in-cheek features based on fictional companies such as GNARcore Snowboards and Brocore Outerwear and snowboarding stars called Joey Trustafarian, Corey Shameless and Gideon Osmosis.
Says SNWCNT: "Welcome to a brand new ‘zine made by snowboarders for snowboarder [sic] crammed full of the most irrelevant news, the craziest travel stories, product placement and non-groundbreaking interviews with snowboarding’s biggest stars."
