Dependable streetwear brand Carhartt have come a long way from their original workwear roots.
Today, Carhartt is not only known for a supreme collection of clothing, but also its dedicated support of upcoming artists, musicians, skateboarders and BMX riders. This is supported by the release of the first ever Carhartt skateboard DVD, Spektra.
Complete with eleven different films, Spektra gives an insight into the colourful world of characters and projects within skateboarding that Carhartt supports. The films have been directed by Henrik Edelbo from Copenhagen, Denmark and David Couliau from Nantes, France, who both started their relationship with Carhartt as team riders.
Carhartt have also been collaborating with photographer Alexander Basile to produce a double-sided poster, complete with images of Alex shot during filming on one side, and the Spektra logo on the other.
