Intellectual institution TED have recently released a video of a recent talk by pro surfer Kyle Thiermann.
Thiermann talks about his series of short videos, Surfing for Change, that encourage people to make positive change in their communities through everyday actions.
Just one of his success stories is to inspire his viewers to move over $340million of lending power out of banks that funded the coal industry into local banks - you'll have to watch the video to find out how!
The video is just one of a series of talks that took place in Santa Cruz recently.
