As part of promotion for the new HBO show How To Make It In America, the cable network has released an impressive 18 minute New York skate documentary called The Get By.
Shot beautifully by Josh Stewart and RB Umali, the mini doc features up-close interviews with NYC notables like Gino Iannucci, Anthony Pappalardo and Billy Rohan, plus many more.
Mixed with skating that takes audiences through the urban backdrop of the city are solid testimonials about the appeal, differences, difficulties and dedication that exist in the hearts and minds of the New York City skateboarder.
Make yourself a sandwich, cup of coffee, or both, and settle down to a viewing. You'll be psyched you watched it!
