‘Two Weeks’ film

Surf filmmaker Johnny Abegg has recently released a new introspective documentary called Two Weeks.

The film charts a fortnight he took off from the stresses of modern urban living to head to the wilds of Tasmania alone.

According to Abegg, Two Weeks "exposes the universal questions that arise as we hurtle toward our own 'Saturn Return'; the fears, emotions and triumphs."

The soundtrack is scored by Byron Bay indie strummer M. Jack Bee and the pair are currently embarking on a premiere tour of the film across Australia.

A book and DVD set is available to buy with part of the proceeds going to Tasmanian conservation charity Still Wild, Still Threatened.
