The opening sequence to Lakai's Fully Flared features some of the most unique and visually stunning images in skateboarding ever, period.
It's straight up classic in every sense of the word. Now, a new version of the opener has been released, this time in the form of the new UNKLE video for "Heaven."
Directed by both Spike Jonze and Ty Evans, the video uses existing footage of new angles, with new editing to give a completely different feel to their already stellar work.
Though I'm sure not their intention, this new edit proves that though concepts can be ripped off quite easily (see this Spanish Snickers commercial), talent and style are difficult to replicate.
