The first European Winter X Games is being broadcast live on ESPN from March 10 -12.
The games take place in Tignes, France and will feature eight different competitions including ski and snowboard superpipe and slopestyle.
The invited riders lined-up to compete include Jenny Jones, Torah Bright and, of course, current super-shredder Peetu Piiroinen!
The schedule is as follows:
March 10
5.00pm Ski superpipe men’s final
March 11
12.30pm Snowboard slopestyle men’s final
3.30pm Snowboard superpipe women’s final
March 12
8.30am Ski slopestyle women’s final
10.30am Snowboard slopestyle women’s final
12.30pm Ski slopestyle men’s final
3.00pm Ski superpipe women’s final
5.00pm Snowboard superpipe men’s final
There will also be a snowmobile demostration - persumably demostrating how you can pollute the mountains with both noise and petrol fumes?!
