Games
PaRappa the Rapper (PSP)
The classic button-bashing mash-up returns for an outing on PSP. This is basically the same beanie-wearing, mutt rapper that appeared on PlayStation.
Transformers: The Game (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP)
Like all great eighties resurrections, Transformers are back. Now you can choose to be either the do-gooder Autobots or malevolent Decepticons – defending Earth or razing it to the ground.
Manhunt 2 (Wii, PS2 and PSP)
Don’t be confused by the title: this game is as far removed from gay-dating as you could possibly expect.
Surf’s Up (PS3, Wii, Xbox 360)
As sure as night follows day, each Disney animated film comes with obligatory marketing videogame tie-in.
The Darkness (PS3, Xbox 360)
In The Darkness, you are Jackie Estacado, a Mafia hitman possessed by demons and who enjoys munching on his enemies.
Skate (PS3, Xbox 360)
If this game was any more realistic, you would be picking your teeth up from the concrete.
Alan Wake (Xbox 360)
The name’s Wake, Alan Wake. You play as the troubled horror writer whose nasty little nightmares are annoyingly coming true in a small town called Bright Falls.
Burnout 5 (PS3, Xbox 360)
A fourth sequel naturally brings the words ‘flog’, ’dead’ and ’horse’ to mind. But that ain’t the case here, as this old buck is back in action and better than ever.
