In September 2011, we sent Vancouver-based photojournalist Rafal Gerszak to trail superstar snowboarder Travis Rice on the Canadian leg of The Art of Flight premiere tour for the cover of HUCK#029.
Having driven up to Whistler from his Vancouver home, Gerszak found himself being ushered onto a tour bus, only to head straight back down Highway 99 to the city for the next sold-out premiere.
An impromptu pit-stop at the Squamish home of pro rider DCP provided the perfect opportunity for a little skate break along the way, and a rare chance to capture some much-needed downtime during a whirlwind tour.
The result is a snapshot of what life is like when you're always on the go.
