Eastpak Throwdown
“It’s like stepping back into the eighties,” says a voice in the crowd. “Everyone’s a b-boy!”
It’s the second Thursday of July and, like every month before it, the Eastpak Throwdown has rolled back into town. Now a regular fixture on the b-boy calendar, the monthly event provides neutral ground for dancers of every breed to come and battle it out against their compadres.
As b-boys, krumpers, lockers, poppers and pole-dancing sirens gather in the shadows, HUCK TV turns its lens on the action. From the light-footed skills in the toprock battle to the cathartic aggression being boshed about by the krumpers, there’s a little viewing pleasure for everyone. We hope you enjoy.
